Garage, carport and parking space.
In our guest parking lots, a maximum of 24 hours of parking generally applies, and they are intended for visitors to the residential area and residents in the area with a parking permit.
Parking permits are available for the visitor parking lots in Ämbarbo and at Gärdeåsen. You can also rent a garage, a carport or a parking lot with engine heater. Contact our rental office on tel. 0651-686 62 or 0651-686 67.
The garage may only be used for parking vehicles. It may not be used as storage, workshop or for other activities. It is not permitted to wash the car in the yard or in parking lots. It is also not permitted to wash the car in the garage, even if there is a drain. The drains lack water treatment and are therefore not suitable for washing water
Parking monitoring.
The purpose of parking monitoring is to create a well-functioning parking environment for residents and visitors in the area. Securitas has that task. In the event of incorrect parking, there is a risk that you get a control fee, which is handled by Hojab (Securitas). Questions and appeals can be made here.
As we move towards colder times…
We manage the snow removal in our residential areas together with our contractors. First, large roads and parking areas (not leased parking spaces) are cleared and then footpaths in the residential area. As a tenant of a parking space, you yourself are responsible for snow removal at the respective location. If you rent a garage or carport, you are responsible for clearing snow half a meter in front of the parking space.
Visitor parking lots can be used as snow storage for a short period of time in case of heavy precipitation, when there is no other place for snow storage. However, these areas are cleared of snow when the opportunity arises.
The cable for the engine heater must not be left in the socket when the car has left the car park, as this could mean that people or animals could be injured.
