How do I?

Register directly in your internet bank. Search for Ljusdalshem in the internet bank's list of companies that can offer e-invoices. Click on the link to our registration page and make your registration.

What is an electronic invoice, (e-invoice)?

An electronic invoice is sent to you via your internet bank. You can look at the invoice in the internet bank and it will look just like a paper rent receipt.

Do I get my tenancy agreement on paper?

No, when you are registered for e-invoicing, you will no longer receive a rental notice on paper.

What information do I get on the electronic invoice?

All invoice information such as amount, due date and OCR number are automatically filled in. So the same information as on the paper invoice.

When is an e-invoice paid?

Once you have approved your e-invoice with your internet bank, the bank ensures that it is paid on the due date.

When will I receive the e-invoice?

You will receive the e-invoice at the same time as you would have received your rent statement on paper, which is normally in the middle of the month.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss paying your e-invoice on the due date, you will receive a debt collection claim by mail, in the same way as applies to a paper rent statement.

What happens if I change banks?

If you change banks, you must register yourself with your new bank for the e-invoice service from Ljusdalshem.

How do I unsubscribe from e-invoices?

Via your internet bank, you look up the deregistration for electronic invoices. There you follow the instructions for unsubscribing.

If you have questions about the payment, contact your internet bank.
